The EPA estimates that the concentrations of pollutants are often 2 to 5 times higher than typical outdoor concentrations AND Americans spend on average 90% of their time indoors! Cleaning up the air quality in our homes is so important! In this episode I give you simple tips, talk about where the pollutants are coming from, and how to minimize your exposure to make your home safer for you and your family!
