The constant struggle with my cycle has ruled my life. It wasn't until a few years ago when I was turned on to Dr. Alissa Vitti's work that I began to understand how miraculous and magnificent the female body is. I began to learn how to shift from hating my cycle to absolutely loving it. I began to learn how to optimize my cycle and dive into syncing my actions and intentions with a cycle that many of us were never taught of. We all know about the circadian rhythm that guides our days and nights, but have you ever heard about the infradian rhythm? I share with you a recent experience where I had to make a hard decision in order to honor myself and the rhythm of my body. I hope this short podcast inspires you to learn more about how magnificent you are and the simple things you can do to optimize your life by making little shifts.
